We are seeking applications from candidates with customer service and sales experience who are interested in joining our national, award winning contact centre – the first point of contact for many of our members and potential members. Based in our newly designed Head Office in Surry Hills, Teachers Health Fund is an established health insurance fund for the education sector with a strong (and growing!) presence in the market. We deliver exceptional customer service to all our members.
Your outstanding service including product knowledge and sales expertise will assist you in resolving enquiries and making sales in a fast paced combined inbound and outbound role. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday and the shift we are seeking to fill is 10am to 6pm.
As a contact centre employee at Teachers Health you will:
- Provide exceptional service to our members and other callers with an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate and focused problem solving to issues presented.
- Communicate with members and other stakeholders by telephone, email and other media to secure sales and resolve issues.
Experience and Skills:
- Exemplary Contact Centre skills; Customer Service and Sales experience
- 50+ wpm typing speed required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- Great decision making skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification or RG146 desirable but not essential
