- This offer is only available to past members of Teachers Health Fund, who re-join Teachers Health Fund from 31 October 2013 to 30 November 2013.
- The past member must select Hospital and Extras cover, or a combined cover, in order to be eligible to receive this offer.
- The past member must select a Direct Debit payment plan.
- A $50 Benefit Bonus Voucher will be sent out to a re-joining member upon successful receipt of the member’s first contribution payment.
